Return

1.0      On the products purchased from us (subject to exceptions), we grant you a 30-day right of return under the following conditions and refund you the purchase price (deductions reserved for certain products).

1.2     In order to exercise this right for magnifying glasses and magnifying glasses accessories, the packaging must be undamaged and in unopened condition.

1.3     We also grant you a 30-day right of return in the event of corrections to false visions, even though it has been made as a single item according to your needs. As part of this money-back guarantee, we will refund the purchase price. In the case of corrections, we deduct a service fee from the purchase price to be refunded: for single-strength glasses in the amount of CHF 50.- for multi-strength glasses of CHF 150.-.

1.4. In order to exercise the right of return, please return the goods to us in mint condition within 30 days of the day of dispatch with the original packaging. We kindly ask you to use the attached invoice/delivery note as a return document. The 30-day right of return begins with the dispatch of the goods and the return ends with the timely dispatch. The date of dispatch of the goods shall be decisive for the period of payment of the return period. The cost of the return is to be borne by you. The return must be sent to:

1.5     The return will be accepted by us if the goods are in their original condition and the original invoice is enclosed. We reserve the right to deduct the corresponding costs from the purchase price to be refunded as compensation for possible damage or excessive wear and tear.

1.6     If the return of magnifying glasses24 has been accepted, payments already made will be refunded free of charge within 30 days after receipt of the goods minus the service fee mentioned in section 1.3 for corrective glasses and in clause 1.5 mentioned in clause 1.5 for possible damage or excessive wear and tear. Discount vouchers will not be refunded under this right of return. The purchase price will be refunded using the payment method you have chosen when ordering.
